Hardee's

Been here twice this week. 1st visit they gave me 2 burritos 1 biscuit we ordered 2 biscuits 1 burrito..we had to turn around go back to fix it...2and time we ordered breakfast they got the order correct but the tweaker looking cashier was rude...asked us to pull up we had a small trailer so we pulled across parking lot to not block traffic the cashier was rolling her eyes at me... for at least 10 years I've come to this Hardee's and it has always been subpar. I realize they're working with people who live in Quitman that would be working there and Quitman is not exactly a great town and good help is hard to find.. but Hardee's needs to really take a look at this store.. maybe they need to look into how Chick-fil-A trains their people they have the best customer service of any fast food restaurant.

The service is just too slow.

My family and I visited Hardee's on Saturday afternoon for lunch. Marvin provided Superior customer service. He is also a Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan lol. Our food was served in a timely fashion and it was fresh made by the kitchen staff and Marvin. The girl at the front counter was not so friendly. She ignored my daught when she asked for a utensil. I had to go up and ask for and received the same reaction. Seem like she was more interested in her conversation and instead of her getting the utensils, she pushed the task off to a young lady who was super niced. Overall the food and service we received from Marvin, the kitchen staff and the young lady for getting the utensil was excellent!

Service sucks, new roast beef great

We stopped by Hardee's to get my 90 year-old brother-in-law a Strawberry Milkshake. He enjoyed it.

Got order wrong

Look if you bring me half my order i paid for and then give me attitude about getting the rest i'll be done eating there forever. Disappointing, however, a great example of how not to do things. Thanks

Very Good! Had the chicken tenders and the heading and flavor was excellent. Spicy Buffalo sauce is right on! Only downside was the fountain machine was down.

Wish you could give them half or negative starts. This was awful, we were the only two people in line and we waited patiently ... Until she looked right in our eyes and walked off to play in the drive thru some more ... Not even I'm sorry I'll be with you in a minute ... Needless to say we left and went to BK down the road ... I would not recommend this place to anyone 😠😤😡

Worst fast food experience I have ever had. Ordered $38 order through the drive thru window. After paying for the food we were given our drinks and after about two minutes we were asked to pull up and that our food would be brought out. After another 10 minutes a young lady came out handed us a bag and left. When we checked the bag over half of our order was missing including my children s chicken fingers. Took receipt back inside to let them know and employees were sitting all over the lobby. I told one of the about my missing food and they started arguing over who should have cooked my chicken instead of doing anything about it. To summarize my experience I lost 30 minutes of my life, $38 and got food that was burnt and horrible. Avoid this Hardee's at all costs horribly run no management.

Service is not good. But the cinnamon raisin biscuits are pretty good so I came back and changed my review to two stars

Double sliders are good.but all the burgers are.

My husband went and got us some burgers for lunch today. He ordered mine without onions as I am allergic. Got home and it was covered in onions. He took it back and they gave him a "new" one. Got it home and all they had done was scrape MOST not even all but most of the onions and all of the condiments off and threw another piece of cheese on top of the one that was already there to cover the onions that were in the cheese. When he called up there to complain about it and told them it was for a pregnant woman who is allergic to onions he was told that the cook would be spoken to. That's it? Really? So sending a pregnant woman into anaphylactic shock only gets the cook talked to? Very bad business and very lucky I did not actually eat any of it before checking it either time!

I usually love Hardee's breakfast, but the Hardee's in quitman is absolutely horrible, it's always a mess, very dirty, the most of the staff are unfriendly and u get the feeling that they hate their job, makes you want to walk out without ordering witch is what I normally do, and it smells horrible like something is always burning in the kitchen, I love most Hardee's, but I'd recommend going on to Thomasville or Valdosta if you just have to have something from Hardee's

Roast beef was not good

Drive through its slow. Food is tolerable... Barely warm. Friendly at least.

The last 4 biscuits I got were under baked and very sloppy, flat and crumbled up. The staff is always very friendly though.

The burgers barely be warm ,my fries be just thrower in my 6$ dollar box n I just don't like they attitude

Great food, everything warm to hot, fresh! Service good to great! Plenty of parking! During rush hour traffic may have a problem getting out!

Slow service but tasty.

6/11/19 when and got 2 hot ham and cheese combos and a number 15 well needless to say that we got a 2 2 peace chicken tenders and a number 15 after waiting 35 min

Extremely slow service. You can literally be the only vehicle in the drive-thru and you'll wait 15 minutes for them to tell you to pull up and wait even longer to get your food. Wouldn't consider that a fast food establishment.
